This lockout station is designed to hold multiple lockout-tagout devices including padlocks, hasps and tags. It can be placed wherever it is deemed necessary and enables viewers to see whether an item is missing swiftly.

• Lockout station that provides a platform to store your lockout equipment when not in use
• Includes ten padlocks, one 25mm hasp, one 38mm hasp and ten “do not operate” lockout tags
• Should be located wherever it is deemed most appropriate for its desired purpose, such as next to the equipment to be locked out, a maintenance department or in a central location
• The absence of any equipment is immediately apparent, and the missing items can be traced or replenished
• Allows you to physically isolate equipment to prevent them being re-energised or to stop the release of stored energy
• Dangerous energy types include electricity, hydraulic, mechanical, thermal, pneumatic and potential energy
• Should be used as part of a planned LOTO programme and/or procedure designed to reduce the risks involved with maintaining, cleaning or
repairing equipment
