Embroidery involves using a needle and thread to create patterns on textiles. We have partnered with the top machine manufacturer, Barudan to ensure our embroidery finished product is the best in its class. Embroidery gives a sense of premium branding and the three-dimensional nature of embroidery styles adds depth to your designs, making logos stand out.
If a flame retardant garment is to be embroidered directly, flame retardant embroidery thread is recommended to be used.

DTF printing is a cutting-edge heat-seal process that prints your design onto a special film which can be transferred onto various fabrics. A combination of water-based inks, powder, and specially formulated film gives your logo vibrancy and a high print quality.
Heat seal badges produced by Arco have been tested in accordance with BS EN ISO 11612:2015 and when applied to the outermost material of Arco's flame-retardant garments meet the limited flame spread performance requirements A1.
